Bar Manager – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Bar Manager will lead the bar operation at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring a high‑quality, efficient beverage service that enhances the guest experience while complying with all licensing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an effective bar service with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Set, implement, and monitor guest service standards.
• Prepare the outlet according to predetermined operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures for alcoholic beverages.
• Train and develop staff on beverage knowledge, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Oversee uniform standards and team presentation.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and manage personal development plans.
• Handle staff shortages and follow attendance procedures.
• Produce revenue forecasts and drive upselling to maximise average spend.
