About the role
Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences as a Barista, where you will create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional food and beverage service.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively enhance their experience.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
- Learn menu items and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for spreading hospitality warmth and light.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to standardized recipes.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently.
