Barista & Cashier – Head and Junior Positions

About the role

Panic Cafe in Abu Dhabi is looking for enthusiastic Barista & Cashier professionals to join our team immediately. We have openings for both Head Barista and Junior Barista roles, offering a dynamic environment where coffee craftsmanship meets excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality specialty coffee and maintain consistent latte art standards.
• Lead and mentor the barista team, providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.
• Prepare and present a range of side dishes and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and service area.
• Apply manual brewing methods and ensure equipment is well‑maintained.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a barista, with leadership experience for Head Barista candidates.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability; candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Open to all genders.
