Barista

About the role

The Barista will join Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment’s operations team to craft high‑quality hot and cold beverages while delivering friendly, personalized service to guests. This position plays a key part in maintaining brand standards and creating memorable moments for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to brand recipes, quality and presentation guidelines.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and assist guests with menu knowledge and product recommendations.
• Perform quality checks on all food and beverage items before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene across the bar and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or waste, and follow portion‑control procedures.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain all equipment and utensils.
• Support team members, communicate guest requests and adhere to health, safety and food‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail or a customer‑facing environment.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and coffee‑making techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
