About the role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Baristas to join our vibrant hospitality group in the UAE. You will be part of a team that creates unique food concepts and delivers memorable coffee experiences to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare exceptional coffee beverages, including espresso pulling and coffee brewing.
- Perform latte art with a minimum of three precise designs.
- Calibrate manual espresso machines to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding guest experiences.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of barista experience in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong passion for coffee, creativity, and teamwork.
Required skills
- Espresso pulling
- Coffee brewing
- Latte art (minimum three designs)
- Manual machine calibration
