Barista / Senior Barista

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and customer‑focused professionals to join our coffee team in Dubai. Whether you enjoy crafting the perfect cup or have experience leading coffee service operations, this role offers a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas, and other beverages while operating coffee machines and equipment.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the coffee station.
• Assist with stock replenishment, ingredient preparation, and daily opening or closing tasks.
• Lead daily barista operations, train and coach junior baristas, and monitor inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and support shift coordination during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Leadership experience for senior barista candidates and ability to train team members.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
