About the role

The Bartender at Nobu By The Beach will craft both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages for guests in a luxury resort setting, ensuring a seamless and memorable service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of drinks to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and collaborate closely with service teams to deliver prompt service.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards at the bar and restaurant areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a similar high‑end environment.
• Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 or equivalent bar certification.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols for bar operations.
