About the role
The Guest Relations Agent provides exceptional, personalized service to hotel guests throughout their stay at Atlantis, The Palm, ensuring memorable experiences and handling requests professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level hospitality and address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or a customer‑service role within a 5‑star ultra‑luxury environment.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
