About the role
Join Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as a Bartender, delivering exceptional beverage service in line with the brand's luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests according to Anantara food and beverage quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
- Set up the bar at opening, including liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
- Process drink orders efficiently, manage billing, and ensure accurate cocktail preparation using standard measures.
- Check liquor deliveries against requisitions and report discrepancies.
- Maintain security in the work area and perform bar cleanup tasks.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and service quality.
- Attention to detail in beverage preparation and bar operations.
Required skills
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and beverage manual.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
