Bartender – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

As a Bartender at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai, you will create memorable beverage experiences for guests, blending classic mixology with emerging trends. You will act as the host of the bar, ensuring flawless service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotel’s Gold Standards.
• Stay informed of new drink trends and micro‑local offerings to continuously enhance the bar menu.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, building relationships with guests and hotel teams, and maintaining a safe, clean bar environment.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, uphold confidentiality, and ensure professional uniform and appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb, and reaching overhead while maintaining efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale bar.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on a rotating schedule in a fast‑paced environment.
