About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is hiring an experienced Bartender for KIGO, a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant located within the Four Seasons Hotel DIFC in Dubai. The role suits someone with a strong understanding of premium beverage service, excellent mixology skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience in a refined, high-end setting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar role within high-end Japanese restaurant concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Japanese alcoholic beverages, cocktails and sake
- Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is highly advantageous
- Currently based in Dubai and available to attend a trial shift
