About the role
Join the vibrant pool bar at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai as a Bartender. You will create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere while delivering a seasonally‑inspired beverage menu to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and attend to tables
- Open and serve wine and champagne
- Prepare garnishes and craft cocktails
- Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
Required profile
- Great storytelling and communication skills
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance in a clean uniform
Required skills
- Mixology and cocktail preparation
- Wine and champagne service
- Garnish preparation
