BD Manager - International Ventures

About the role

A leading Dubai-based conglomerate active in AI, fintech, healthcare and more is looking for a BD Manager for its International Ventures team. The role manages and grows high-value partner relationships and serves as the primary commercial contact for senior stakeholders across government and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow high-value partner relationships and act as the main commercial contact for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through strategic networking, partnerships and market intelligence, focusing on expansion rather than cold calling.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, keeping up with market trends, competition and emerging opportunities.
• Lead opportunity qualification, proposals and negotiations, working with internal teams to deliver go-to-market execution and financial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
• At least 4 years of B2B business development or key account management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and growing strategic accounts and partnerships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with government entities and large private organizations is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or an equivalent.
