Behavior Therapist (Autism Support)

About the role

NECC GCC Consulting is expanding its team and is looking for Behavior Therapists to join its clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role suits compassionate professionals who want to support children with autism and help them make meaningful developmental progress, in a collaborative clinical setting with hands-on experience. It is a full-time morning shift position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide behavioral therapy and support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and keep accurate therapy records.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about treatment goals and progress.
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative clinical team.
• Professional, compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to keep developing clinical knowledge and skills.
• Experience of 2 years; UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.
