Bell Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join the front services team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury beachfront resort under construction in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves welcoming guests, handling luggage, and providing personalized service that meets Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Escort guests to their rooms, highlighting room features and resort amenities.
• Manage guest luggage during check‑in, check‑out and room changes, including safe storage and retrieval.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and work with valet services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, deliveries and errands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby areas.
• Support VIP arrivals with discreet, personalized service.
• Communicate effectively with front desk, concierge and other departments while adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in bell services or guest‑facing hospitality roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and guest‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
