About the role
The Bell Boy, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working on the front‑of‑house team at Le Méridien Dubai, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation during check‑in and check‑out.
- Provide local area information and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Process operational tasks such as completing reports and handling guest transactions.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to hotel policies.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
