Bell Host / Doorman at Six Senses The Palm Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a professional Bell Host / Doorman to join Six Senses The Palm Dubai. The role involves greeting guests, handling luggage, and supporting the concierge and transportation teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the entrance and provide a courteous first impression.
• Receive, deliver, and collect guest luggage and items following company standards.
• Load and unload vehicles, assist guests with entry and exit.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, guest areas, buggies and vehicles; report any defects.
• Coordinate with the Concierge Desk and transportation provider for smooth guest transfers.
• Deliver messages and items promptly; handle guest inquiries with accurate information.
• Report any incidents, illnesses, or irregularities to the Front Office Manager.
• Ensure privacy of guest data and adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Upsell resort facilities and activities; attend meetings and training.
• Follow LQA standards and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum hospitality diploma.
• Proven experience (at least 1 month) in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Professional appearance, grooming and hygiene.
• Knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures.

Required skills

• Technical skills relevant to bell and doorman operations.
