About the role
The Door Ambassador (Bellboy) is the first point of contact for guests at Renaissance Hotels in Dubai. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with luggage, and provide local information to ensure a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to the lobby or their rooms.
- Handle and transport luggage, ensuring safe delivery to guest rooms.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, parking, and other hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to safety and company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; a friendly, service‑oriented attitude is essential.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn about the local area.
- Availability to work full‑time in an on‑site hotel environment.
