About the role
The Bell Attendant cum driver is a key person in delivering our guest service experience. They act as a guide, ambassador and salesperson for the hotel, managing lobby traffic and assisting guests throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate all guest needs and handle inquiries.
- Operate the Bell service desk efficiently day‑to‑day.
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products, room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, promotions and other properties.
- Keep the lobby area clean and tidy at all times.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests politely and friendly.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage service.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
- Assist guests requiring special attention.
- Ensure transportation arrangements run smoothly, coordinating taxis, private vehicles, limousines and other transport.
- Support other hotel areas as needed during shifts.
- Complete all shift duties as outlined on the shift checklist.
