About the role
The Bellman greets and welcomes guests at the main entrance of Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, ensuring a warm first impression and assisting with luggage and vehicle services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, using their names when possible.
- Liaise with the front desk for arrivals and departures.
- Assist with driveway management and opening/closing vehicle doors.
- Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment efficiently.
- Provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and baggage room.
- Assist the concierge with taxi bookings.
- Alert security or the duty manager of any suspicious persons or items.
Required profile
- Secondary/high school education.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
