Bellman – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman provides essential guest services at One&Only Royal Mirage, ensuring luggage handling, lobby upkeep, and a warm welcome for every guest. This role combines attentive service with proactive promotion of hotel amenities, contributing to a seamless and memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with delivery and collection of guests' luggage, parcels, and messages.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and provide prompt, courteous service throughout guest stays.
• Promote hotel products and services during guest interactions, such as rooming.
• Act as doorman, opening doors and managing traffic at the Porte Cochère.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and support security as needed.
• Escalate guest complaints to the manager promptly.
• Greet guests by name, tag luggage accurately, and ensure correct luggage placement for departures.
• Facilitate smooth traffic flow, assist front‑desk agents, and escort guests to rooms with an in‑room orientation.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed and presented in a clean uniform.
• Familiarity with resort emergency procedures and service standards.
• Team player with awareness of departmental revenue targets.
• Strong product knowledge of hotel amenities, functions, and events.
• Ability to engage guests, gather feedback, and handle complaints professionally.
