About the role
The Bellman provides first‑impression service to guests at the Bulgari Resort Dubai, greeting, escorting, and assisting them throughout their stay. This on‑site position ensures smooth luggage handling, transportation coordination, and delivery of information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and open doors for arrivals and departures.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, assist with storage, and handle loading/unloading from vehicles.
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local points of interest.
- Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousine services and record requests.
- Communicate parking procedures and assist guests with vehicle access.
- Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and report safety concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
