About the role
A permanent, full-time Bellman position at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown, within the Rooms category. The role focuses on delivering guests' items and providing a welcoming, service-oriented presence in the lobby.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guests' luggage, messages and other items to them within the property in a timely manner.
- Personalise guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly and engaging way.
- Maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; hospitality background preferred.
- Service-focused personality, able to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
