About the role
As a Guest Service Expert in In‑Room Dining, you will create memorable food and beverage experiences for hotel guests. You will be responsible for delivering service that goes beyond simply placing a bill, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality journey. The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and serve guests in their rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Manage menu information, verify orders, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) while standing, walking, or navigating uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
