B&F Service Expert – W Lounge (Russian, Italian, Spanish)

About the role

The Guest Service Expert in the W Lounge will create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests at W Hotels Dubai. Working on the floor, you will support the service team by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, and ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables and service stations according to standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen efficiently.
• Serve guests, answer questions, and handle transactions with a focus on hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety guidelines.
• Read and verify menu information, manage menu items during service.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluency in Russian, Italian or Spanish to assist multilingual guests.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety procedures.
• Professional appearance and communication.
