Bike Messenger

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Bike Messenger to ensure safe, timely, and confidential transportation of medical documents, lab samples, medications, and other essential items between clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare facilities in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Collect blood sample boxes and register books from medical centers and deliver them to the laboratory.
• Transport important documents, passports, parcels, and claim forms to designated clinics and corporate offices, obtaining signatures upon delivery.
• Perform daily safety and operational inspections of the assigned motorcycle, including oil changes, battery checks, brake and tyre maintenance.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, tidy, and fully functional condition at all times.
• Notify relevant personnel of any delays or route issues and assist with alternative routes when needed.
• Weekly collection of lab requirements from the clinic general store and delivery to the clinic.
• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies, use appropriate PPE, and participate in IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid UAE motorcycle license.
• Proven experience as a bike messenger or delivery rider, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
