About the role

We are seeking motivated bilingual Arabic‑English Call Center Agents for a short‑term outbound survey project. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to organizations using a provided contact list.
  • Introduce the survey professionally and guide respondents through it.
  • Accurately record and submit completed survey responses.
  • Maintain a courteous, persuasive approach and follow project quality standards.

Required profile

  • Motivated and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer and headset, and a quiet working environment.

Required skills

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, telemarketing or survey interviewing is preferred.

What we offer

  • Basic salary ranging from $350 to $650 per month, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped performance bonus paid in USD – the more quality survey responses you complete, the more you earn.
