About the role
We are seeking motivated bilingual Arabic‑English Call Center Agents for a short‑term outbound survey project. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to organizations using a provided contact list.
- Introduce the survey professionally and guide respondents through it.
- Accurately record and submit completed survey responses.
- Maintain a courteous, persuasive approach and follow project quality standards.
Required profile
- Motivated and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection, computer and headset, and a quiet working environment.
Required skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, telemarketing or survey interviewing is preferred.
What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from $350 to $650 per month, depending on experience.
- Uncapped performance bonus paid in USD – the more quality survey responses you complete, the more you earn.
