Bilingual Community Manager (French/English)

About the role

DataOne is looking for a bilingual Community Manager to lead and grow its digital presence across the region. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own social media channels, create engaging content, and support both commercial and employer‑branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, with support from X and Instagram.
• Maintain an editorial calendar covering thought leadership, site milestones, events, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns.
• Produce and adapt posts, visuals, and short videos in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with HQ to localise global campaigns for the regional market.
• Monitor, moderate, and respond to community interactions within defined SLAs.
• Amplify trade shows, conferences and DataOne events through live coverage and post‑event content.
• Track and report monthly KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign conversion.
• Conduct social listening, competitive benchmarking and flag reputational risks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in community management or digital communications, preferably in B2B technology, infrastructure or real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
• Native‑level proficiency in English and French (French a strong plus for HQ coordination).
• Strong understanding of the regional business and media landscape.
