Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Arabic and English to train AI models by creating realistic language tasks, evaluating outputs, and providing detailed feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on improving AI’s ability to handle natural Arabic across dialects and cultural contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Write realistic prompts and conversations in Arabic and English based on personal experience.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, grammar, tone, register, and adherence to instructions.
• Compare multiple AI outputs for the same prompt and identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Critique AI‑generated translations, conversations, summaries, and written content, explaining reasoning clearly.
• Flag concrete failures such as mistranslations, wrong dialect, cultural missteps, or ignored instructions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong command of grammar, style, tone and register in both languages.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to articulate judgments in writing.
• Experience in translation, interpretation, teaching, editing or other bilingual professional work is a plus.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
