Bilingual Public Relations Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely from the UAE, engaging with AI models in both Arabic and English to assess their performance and improve their conversational quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
• Measure progress of AI models and provide detailed feedback.
• Collaborate with the data‑annotation team to refine training pipelines.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong linguistic background.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
