BIM Architect

About the role

BIMlord is looking for a BIM Architect to join its professional team in Dubai. The role centres on creating, developing and managing architectural BIM models, preparing comprehensive digital documentation and keeping spatial design and technical coordination to a high standard. The appointed professional works closely with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams and optimises BIM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture across all project stages
• Produce accurate construction documentation, shop drawings, elevations and other digital design deliverables
• Facilitate BIM coordination, collision detection audits and model quality control reviews
• Keep project output aligned with BIM execution standards, organisational workflows and regulatory codes
• Work with engineers and project managers to streamline design coordination and resolve technical site constraints

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related spatial design discipline
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modelling and architectural practice

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture
• CAD software
• Digital documentation standards and BIM coordination methodologies
• Model quality assurance protocols
