Branch Sales Executive - East Coast Area (Outsource)

About the role

ADIB is hiring a Branch Sales Executive for its East Coast area (Fujairah / Ras Al Khaimah) as an outsource role. The purpose is to source personal finance applications from the local market in line with ADIB's permitted policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing new-to-bank personal finance, covered cards, auto and takaful products for the target segment and achieving or exceeding the assigned target.
• Preparing and maintaining the Daily Sales Report (DSR) for every visited customer and company, and submitting it to the Branch Manager by end of day.
• Building relationships with businesses and individuals, visiting potential companies and institutions and finalising deals within the target turnaround time.
• Applying full product knowledge and delivering prompt service to customers.
• Reviewing standard credit applications, checking the authenticity of key documents (cheque, bank statements, passport, Emirates ID, salary certificate) and ensuring they are error-free before sending to processing.
• Executing Murabaha contracts, preparing files according to the checklist and forwarding card allocation within 24 hours of signing.
• Escalating delays in approvals and finance disbursements to the Branch Manager or OSM, and escalating customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Initiating cross-selling of other banking products on a best-effort basis and taking part in promotion activities assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB's personal finance and other retail banking group products and services.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.

• Adherence to office timings, secrecy norms and data confidentiality.
