Branch Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Dubai location. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a customer‑focused mindset to drive team performance, sales, and an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily team performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate therapists and support staff.
• Drive branch sales, revenue targets, and client retention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle client concerns professionally.
• Monitor appointments, optimize schedules, and maximize productivity.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with DHA, hygiene, health, and safety requirements.
• Track branch KPIs, revenue, productivity, and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in beauty, wellness, salon, or medical aesthetics.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of DHA requirements and hygiene standards.
• Proven sales and customer service background.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling and CRM systems.
