Junior Sales Consultant (Arabic Speaking) – Full Training Provided

About the role

TVG Citizenship by Investment is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Junior Sales Consultant to join its Business Bay office in Dubai. This entry‑level position requires no prior immigration experience – full training on residency and citizenship programmes will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from Arabic‑speaking clients via phone, WhatsApp and in‑person.
• Learn and clearly explain the residency and citizenship programmes to prospects.
• Qualify prospects, schedule consultations and follow up until deals close.
• Appear in short marketing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) sharing programme details and client success stories.
• Maintain the CRM, update pipeline data and report weekly.
• Build relationships with clients and partners across the GCC.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (native or bilingual) and good working English.
• 0‑2 years experience in sales, customer service or any client‑facing role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Comfortable being on camera for marketing videos.
• Willingness to learn a technical product and achieve monthly targets.
• Presentable, confident and organised.
• Based in the UAE with salary expectations in the AED 5,000‑6,000 range.
