Brand & CSR Manager (UAE National Only)

About the role

The Bank is seeking a senior professional to lead the development of its Mashreq brand image across the UAE while embedding corporate social responsibility and diversity & inclusion initiatives. The role requires a customer‑centric mindset, close collaboration with brand and communications teams, and a digital‑first approach to marketing and PR.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive the development of the Mashreq brand image in the UAE.
• Embed a customer‑centric approach in all marketing and communications activities.
• Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure a unified brand strategy for international audiences.
• Develop and champion the bank’s D&I programme, highlighting women and persons with disabilities.
• Maintain a consistent Arabic tone of voice across all channels in partnership with the B&C team.
• Adopt a digital‑first mindset for marketing communications, PR, and brand insight programmes.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of substantive banking experience or equivalent marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and expense analysis for marketing activities.
• Proven success managing external agencies and building strategic relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to align tactical objectives with strategic business goals.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
