Brand Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Brand Manager will own the development and execution of brand strategy for a luxury fashion portfolio in Dubai, translating global direction into locally effective plans while protecting the brand’s tone, visual identity, and customer experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual brand plans, budgets and calendars, linking strategic choices to awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Lead integrated campaigns from brief to launch and evaluation, aligning creative, media, digital, retail, PR and commercial stakeholders.
• Translate market, customer and competitor insights into actionable positioning and activation decisions.
• Govern brand identity across campaigns, content, stores, e‑commerce and partnerships.
• Manage agencies, partners and production workflows, controlling spend and delivery risk.
• Partner with merchandising, retail and commercial teams to coordinate launches, events and clienteling initiatives.
• Establish reporting rhythms and post‑campaign reviews to improve future planning.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of brand, marketing or communications experience in luxury fashion or a premium consumer category.
• Proven ownership of brand planning, integrated campaigns, agency management and performance evaluation.
• Ability to protect a luxury brand’s distinctiveness while adapting to local customer behavior.
• Strong judgment, presentation skills, organization and commercial awareness.
