Brand Manager – Nutritional Supplements (GCC)

About the role

The NOW Brand Manager will own the end‑to‑end management of the nutraceutical brand across GCC markets. You will drive revenue growth, profitability and market share while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the short‑ and long‑term brand strategy, leading annual business planning and P&L ownership.
• Define distribution and channel strategies, expanding presence in high‑potential accounts and rationalising under‑performing channels.
• Manage the annual marketing and trade budget, allocating resources across medical, trade and digital activities.
• Translate brand strategy into integrated omnichannel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and performance optimisation.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning and inventory management in close partnership with Supply Chain.
• Set medical detailing priorities, develop customer segmentation and support field teams with compliant materials.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Digital teams to align priorities and drive execution excellence.
• Identify portfolio gaps, contribute to new product initiatives and support lifecycle planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition or related field, plus an MBA.
• Minimum 8 years of brand management or business development experience in wellness/healthcare, covering pharmacies, tender and e‑commerce channels.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility, revenue and margin growth, and managing international brand partners.
• Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
