Brand Manager Specialty And Innovative Medicines

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the commercial strategy for specialty and innovative medicines in the UAE. The role will drive new product launches, shape brand portfolios and engage key stakeholders across oncology, immunology, rare diseases and other high‑growth therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end preparation and execution of new product launches, including positioning, value proposition, messaging and customer segmentation.
• Develop and implement annual and long‑term brand plans, translating global strategies into UAE‑specific commercial approaches.
• Map patient journeys, identify barriers to diagnosis and treatment, and build stakeholder engagement strategies with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Analyse market and sales data to generate insights, monitor competitors, track brand KPIs and prepare business reviews for senior leadership.
• Act as the commercial lead for assigned brands, coordinating cross‑functional activities with Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions.
