Brand & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Brand & Marketing Executive to support the Tashas Brand Manager across our UAE, Greece, KSA and UK markets. This central position coordinates campaigns, content creation, photo‑ and video shoots, events and day‑to‑day brand operations, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects our quality and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager with project coordination, timeline management and stakeholder communication across all markets.
• Organise and maintain digital filing systems on Microsoft Teams and Dropbox, keeping brand assets up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture action points and follow up to guarantee timely delivery of deliverables.
• Manage the central brand asset library, including logos, photography, templates, fonts and supporting materials.
• Support photography and video shoots by drafting briefs, coordinating logistics and managing shot lists.
• Proofread marketing copy, artwork and collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency before production.
• Develop marketing briefs for creative, digital, PR and agency partners and conduct market and competitor research.
