Brand Marketing Manager – MAF Lifestyle

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of the Marketing & Communications strategy for MAF Lifestyle’s home brand. You will drive brand visibility, differentiate the offering, and create revenue‑generating opportunities through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a yearly marketing calendar aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Create synergy across communication channels to deliver consistent brand messages.
• Plan and roll out in‑store campaigns supporting operations.
• Design advertising and promotional plans for both offline and online channels to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage and optimise the marketing budget for the assigned brands.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim’s communication guidelines.
• Analyse brand values, customer profiles and behaviours to tailor messaging.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within luxury retail or furniture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to forecast trends and identify challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and methodologies.
