Brand Promoter - Dubai

About the role

A Brand Promoter is sought in Dubai to drive product awareness, engage customers and boost sales through in-person activations and retail promotions. The role suits someone with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in sales and brand promotion, with excellent communication skills and a passion for memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote the brand at retail outlets, events and marketing activations across Dubai
• Engage customers, demonstrate product features, answer questions and turn interest into sales
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, retail partners and event organisers
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future marketing and sales strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and run promotional campaigns
• Prepare and present weekly reports on sales activities, customer interactions and market trends

Required profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in sales, brand promotion or as a sales associate
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events in Dubai

Required skills

• Technical sales promoter activities, product demonstrations and merchandising
• Excellent communication skills with diverse customer groups
• Preferred: previous brand promotion experience in Dubai or the GCC, fluency in English, Arabic, a degree in Marketing or Business Administration, and hospitality or retail experience
