About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch Hollister is hiring a Brand Representative in Dubai for an 18-hour week. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: support product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping a friendly checkout experience.

Required profile

• Emirati national.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English.
