Brand Trainer – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Brand Trainer will empower store staff with deep product knowledge, brand messaging and the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences. By ensuring consistent standards across all locations, the role supports sales growth, brand awareness and staff engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support line managers in conducting training needs analyses and defining tailored training requirements.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive brand and product training plan aligned with brand standards.
• Develop training content and adapt principal manuals into engaging materials for diverse learning styles.
• Stay updated on learning and facilitation trends, recommending suitable approaches for the organization.
• Monitor the impact of learning interventions on performance and ensure clear objectives.
• Record and track training needs, linking them to ongoing individual and team development.
• Mentor participants to cement knowledge and translate learning into business impact.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Qualification in Training or Human Resources.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Evidence of content creation and use of technology for learning.
