Building Management System Operator

About the role
The Building Management System Operator monitors, operates, and optimises the building management system to ensure safe, efficient and reliable facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC, lighting and other integrated systems via the Siemens Desigo CC BMS interface.
- Respond to alarms, system alerts and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine checks, document system performance and support energy‑efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with facility management to plan preventive maintenance and maintain accurate operational records.
Required profile
- Technical diploma or degree in engineering, building services or related field.
- Prior experience in BMS operations or facility management.
- Ability to read technical drawings and system manuals, strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety, reliability and continuous improvement, with flexibility to work shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Siemens Desigo CC BMS system.
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, mechanical and electrical building systems.
