Bus Driver

About the role

The Bus Driver will safely transport employees and passengers between designated locations, ensuring punctual, comfortable and reliable travel. This role supports daily operations by maintaining staff mobility and adhering to UAE traffic regulations and company safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate buses on fixed routes and charter services according to the daily roster.
• Pick up and drop off employees/passengers following assigned schedules and timetables.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking safety equipment, tires, lights, brakes, fuel and climate control.
• Maintain a clean and safe interior, enforce safety rules and assist passengers as needed.
• Communicate any delays, incidents or route changes promptly to the Fleet Manager.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records and inspection checklists.
• Report malfunctions, accidents or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 2).
• 2–3 years of UAE bus driving experience in staff or passenger transport.
• Clean driving and conduct record with strong knowledge of UAE routes.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Professional attitude with strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 2).
• Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks.
