Business Analyst – Digital Insurance Platform

About the role

Bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and translating strategic objectives into scalable digital products. Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality insurance solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate and document business, functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and feasibility studies to identify opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX/UI designers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities in existing processes.
• Produce and maintain BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, sequence diagrams and UAT plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology or digital‑transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
