Business Analyst – UAE National – MENA Stores

About the role

Join Amazon Now’s fast‑moving quick‑commerce team and help build a new business from the ground up. As a Business Analyst you will work with large data sets, develop analytical solutions and turn insights into actions that improve product availability and customer experience across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain operational dashboards tracking customer engagement, supply‑chain and in‑stock metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to surface trends, generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Streamline data visibility for internal stakeholders, ensuring the right information is available at the right time.
• Lead end‑to‑end process‑improvement initiatives, from gap diagnosis to solution implementation.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, fulfillment and planning teams to enhance operational performance.

Required profile

• UAE national with a passion for operational excellence in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage cross‑functional dependencies and stay calm under pressure.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of stretch responsibilities and works independently.
