Business Consultant & Sales Executive (Dubai)

About the role

Cluster Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic Business Consultant cum Sales Executive to join its Dubai office. You will combine advisory expertise with proactive sales activities, helping clients set up and optimise their businesses while driving new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on business setup, corporate structuring, and process improvement.
• Meet prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
• Track performance against sales and consulting targets and prepare regular management reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of finance.
• Experience in consulting or management consulting, with the ability to diagnose challenges and design practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in business consulting, corporate services, or professional services sales in Dubai or the wider region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and familiarity with UAE business regulations.
