About the role

Irving Knight Group is seeking a motivated Business Consultant to join its boutique recruitment team in Dubai. You will operate as a 360° consultant, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for niche industry verticals such as alternative food products, lab equipment, diagnostics, and cyber security.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place high‑level candidates with global clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships from scratch.
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide market maps, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring advice.
